I wanted to report back out about Carter's ears. We saw the ENT last week and determined that tubes would be the best course of action. I'm getting progressively more concerned about his hearing and the doctor thinks the surgery should address that. Carter is scheduled to have his surgery next Friday, Aug 29th at 7:30am. Mark your calendars - we'll need your prayers!! Although I'm a bit anxious about the procedure, I'm looking forward to Carter feeling better!!

We know they'll take great care of you Carter, and maybe you can have a yummy treat after it's all over!
We'll be praying. Try not to worry. Caleb has had tubes twice and it is the easiest surgery - literally takes less than 5 minutes, and he recovered within the car ride home. Carter will do great!
Goodness! Carter (and you) will be in our prayers. Hannah had that surgery in March and she has been so much better. She had the same issue - fluid on her ears that wouldn't drain and hearing loss. Since the tubes, she has only had one infection. She's a different girl. I had a harder time than she did. Let us know how everything goes!
He's going to be like a whole new kid afterwards - it's going to be a good thing, I'm sure of it!!!
I will be praying for Carter! I bet he will feel so much better! I know my Benjamin did :-)

Hello Heather! If you need anything, don't hesitate to call us. The outcome will be awesome and you will see a difference in his quality of life. It truely is amazing what a difference it makes. We will definately keep Carter in our prayers this Friday.
